  • Sports Account Executive

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Responsible for handling assigned client accounts to deliver to clients their full benefit entitlements (or more) while ensuring the highest possible quality of service
    • Actively engage with clients to seek out their needs, requirements and challenges with full understanding of their objectives and limitations
    • Actively provide clients with marketing ideas, football news, fans insights and trends.
    • Keep track of clients’ benefit inventory and regularly update supervisor and upper management.
    • Routinely update clients on sponsorship entitlement inventory in their respective sponsoring platforms and the calendar of all key events and activities

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Develop and execute football marketing strategies and initiatives for sponsors
    • Creating and keep team up to date on calendar of deliverables
    • Work hand in hand with key stakeholders such as FA Thailand and other partners to help clients achieving their sponsorship/business objective
    • Work closely with the Marketing Communication and On-ground activation team to help client with sponsorship executions.
    • Oversee Client Management operation to deliver full sponsorship benefits (or more) to clients and to provide them with service satisfaction.

  • Senior Activation (Sports Event Marketing)

    Responsibilities :

    • Develop content strategy and plan for all communications under FA Thailand and Thai
    • League including advertising, promotional activities and PR etc.
    • Work hand in hand with creative and digital agencies to bring to life communication strategy and plan
    • Create and keep the team up to date on the yearly media plan Work closely with client service team to assist sponsors on planning and implementing IMC
    • Oversee all communications are executed in accordance with the plan and objectives
    • Work with FA Thailand, Thai league, sponsors and the marketing team to create stadium, pitch- side and all on-location visibility/activation inventory and to ensure all executions meet the requirements

  • HRM Manager

    Responsibilities :

    • Effectively manage and responsible for all HRM functions such as Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment & Selection and Employee Relation. Lead, coach and supervise HRM team in their day to day activities.
    • Verified and advice on in-source labour, payroll, tax, social security, provident fund and other related.
    • Manage the annual compensation process, partnering with management to determine annual salary increases, promotions, and other compensation decisions.
    • Consolidate, analyse and propose C&B report including Salary Structure.

    Qualifications

    • At least 8-12 years of HRM experience especially in C&B, Employee Relation and Recruitment with 3 years in management level.
    • Strong knowledge in recruitment, compensation and benefits, Employee Relation, Labour Law & Thai Labour Protection Law will be advantage.
    • Experience in Corporate HR Office with background in Salary Structure review, Job Analysis, Job Evaluation and Performance Management System would be an advantage.
    • Ability & skills to track & analyst the report in HRM function.

    Responsibilities :
