What You’ll Do:
- Provide technical and functional support for our Epicor ERP system, ensuring seamless operations.
- Analyze and troubleshoot ERP and database issues, offering effective solutions to end users.
- Assist in process mapping, system testing, deployment, and security access to improve system efficiency.
- Design, develop, and maintain ERP customizations to enhance business performance.
- Conduct training sessions to empower users with ERP best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ERP solutions with business objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in ERP programming, implementation, or customization (Epicor experience is a plus!).
- Proficiency in C#.Net, VB.Net, SQL Database, and database schema.
- Understanding of financial and accounting processes is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
