Your Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage internal and external administrative documentation.
Process and monitor all PR (Purchase Requests) in the system.
Coordinate seamlessly between departments, procurement teams, and vendors.
Manage and supervise support teams, including messengers, housekeepers, drivers, receptionists, baristas, and building technicians.
Ensure smooth office operations, handling office supplies and essential equipment.
Drive efficiency and accuracy in document management.
What You Bring to the Table:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
3-5 years of experience in administrative roles.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
A proactive mindset with a “Can-Do” attitude.
Tech-savvy with MS Office proficiency.
Flexible and willing to handle off-hour tasks or travel when necessary.
