Role Overview
Join us as the Manager – Immersive Experience, where you’ll lead the charge in revolutionizing how visitors experience the rich history and culture of Muay Thai at Rajadamnern Stadium. Through cutting-edge multimedia technologies, you’ll design and deliver immersive, interactive, and unforgettable experiences that bridge tradition and innovation. This dynamic role blends strategic vision, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to bring Muay Thai’s legacy to life.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Vision & Planning:
Develop and execute a forward-thinking strategy for immersive multimedia experiences that align with GSV’s mission to modernize and celebrate Muay Thai.
Design long-term plans for engaging, educational, and culturally impactful experiences.
2. Project Leadership:
Oversee the end-to-end planning, design, and execution of immersive projects, including advanced technologies like Projection Mapping, Virtual Reality (VR), and Augmented Reality (AR) to enhance visitor engagement.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest standard of quality.
3. Content Development & Storytelling:
Collaborate with historians, multimedia designers, and technology experts to create compelling content that highlights Muay Thai’s cultural significance.
Ensure all content balances education and entertainment for a captivating visitor experience.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams (marketing, operations) and external partners to ensure alignment and success of projects.
Act as the central liaison for all stakeholders, fostering clear communication and shared goals.
5. Budget & Resource Management:
Lead the budgeting process, ensuring optimal resource allocation and financial efficiency.
Monitor expenses to ensure adherence to financial goals without compromising quality.
6. Quality Assurance & Technical Management:
Maintain top-tier standards throughout the design and production phases, ensuring a seamless integration of multimedia technologies.
Utilize technical expertise to oversee the deployment of immersive elements that enhance visitor engagement.
7. Special Assignments:
Take on ad hoc projects that align with GSV’s strategic objectives, contributing to the company’s broader mission and goals.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a visionary leader with:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Media, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in immersive experience design, multimedia production, or similar roles.
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Unity, and VR/AR technologies.
Strong project management and leadership skills, with a proven record of delivering innovative projects.
Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Financial expertise to manage budgets and allocate resources strategically.
A compelling portfolio showcasing innovative immersive projects that demonstrate creativity and impact.
