Job Purpose:
- Closing the financial statements of the assigned company.
- Recording and verifying the accuracy of the entire system.
- Providing advice and troubleshooting for the team.
- Coordinating with the AUDIT team and planning for taxes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Closing financial statements and maintaining data throughout the system.
- Verifying the accuracy of GL and supporting details of the financial statements.
- Planning operations, providing advice, and troubleshooting for the team.
- Coordinating initially with the AUDIT team in auditing the financial statements.
- Reconciling various data.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge, expertise, and proficiency in accounting standards and tax laws.
- Professional certification: CPD.
- Excellent analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to plan and control work to meet the plan.
- Excellent ability to solve problems on the spot.
- Leadership skills, ability to manage and advise the team.
- Clear communication skills and good interpersonal skills to build good relationships with stakeholders.
- Negotiation skills, ability to persuade and compromise effectively.
- High responsibility and attention to detail in performing and reviewing work effectively.
- Ability to manage working time to meet goals and deadlines.
- Good working attitude, “Can do attitude” and “Never stop” working.
Experience:
- At least 5-10 years of experience in accounting.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Accounting Manager.
