Your Role:
Step into a dynamic position where you’ll play a pivotal role in corporate governance and ensure seamless operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate Meetings: Plan and manage Board and shareholder meetings while ensuring compliance with governance standards.
- Manage Documentation: Maintain corporate records and provide key information to management, including conflict-of-interest documentation.
- Collaborate with External Stakeholders: Work with legal advisors, auditors, and regulators to ensure smooth workflows.
- Prepare Meeting Materials: Send notifications, draft minutes, and support governance compliance.
- Ensure Corporate Disclosure: Oversee accurate and timely disclosures aligned with internal policies and legal regulations.
- Compile Reports: Prepare and submit required reports, including the One Report (Form 56-1), per SET and SEC guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- Experience: Open to new graduates or candidates with 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge: Understanding of SEC/SET regulations and the Public Company Act is a plus (training available).
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and perform under guidance in high-pressure situations.
