We’re looking for a Senior Associate – People Services to play a key role in managing employee records, payroll, benefits, and HR systems while ensuring smooth coordination between departments. What You’ll Do:
✅ Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle all employee-related documentation from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
✅ HR System & Data Management: Maintain and update HRIS and team records to keep employee data up to date.
✅ Payroll & Benefits Administration: Process payroll, manage benefits, and ensure accurate compensation for employees.
✅ Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
✅ Reporting & Compliance: Prepare reports, reconcile payroll, and assist in compliance with labor laws.
✅ Problem-Solving: Address day-to-day HR issues, escalating critical concerns as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
💼 Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR Operations.
📌 Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits, compensation, and HRIS systems.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.
- Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills with a proactive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Flexibility to work beyond regular hours and travel when necessary.
