Key Responsibilities
1. Procurement and Financial Operations:
Accurately issue and manage purchase orders (PR, PO) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Process invoices with precision and timeliness, supporting financial workflows.
Execute payment transactions efficiently, adhering to established financial procedures.
2. Data Management and Visualization:
Collect and input raw scores from Muay Thai competitions, ensuring they are displayed accurately on event monitors.
Maintain the integrity and reliability of the data ranking system for competitions.
3. Operational Support and Coordination:
Coordinate essential components of RAJ Knock Out (RKO) operations to ensure seamless workflows.
Provide administrative support to the team, contributing to operational excellence.
4. Event Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support events and activities at Rajadamnern Stadium.
Serve as a key support resource for venue event operations, ensuring successful execution.
