Role Overview
The Assistant Manager – Creative is responsible for supporting the design and development of creative
content within the Immersive and Motion Graphics team under the Central Unit. This role focuses on
producing high-quality visuals, graphics, and creative concepts for T-Sports television programs. This role
will ensure that all creative work aligns with the channel’s brand identity and enhances audience engagement
across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Content Design & Development
- Assist in designing creative concepts for sports programs, promotional campaigns, and digital
content. - Collaborate with the motion graphics team to develop high-impact visuals, animations, and video
content that enhance viewer experience. - Support the design of storyboards, animations, and other visual elements to align with the creative
direction of the sports programs. - Ensure creative assets are produced efficiently and on-brand, maintaining consistency in the overall
aesthetic of the channel.
Production & Post-Production Support
- Assist in coordinating creative work during the production and post-production phases, ensuring
creative concepts are executed accurately. - Work with production teams, graphic designers, and technical experts to ensure that all visual and
audio elements align with the creative vision for each project. - Ensure that creative assets are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations.
Content Optimization & Innovation - Track the performance of creative content and suggest improvements based on audience feedback
and industry trends. - Propose new creative techniques and visual trends to keep content fresh and aligned with current
digital media developments. - Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to test and iterate creative elements to optimize
audience engagement and ratings.
Creative Project Management - Assist in managing creative projects, ensuring that timelines and budgets are adhered to while
maintaining creative excellence. - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to produce visual content that supports
promotional and programming goals. - Provide regular updates on project progress
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Animation, Mass Communication, or
related fields. - Strong proficiency in creative software, including Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and
Premiere Pro. - Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, production, and design teams to execute creative
concepts. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present creative ideas clearly and confidently.
