The Assistant Manager – Co-production plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of combat sports
production (RWS & RKO) events. This role focuses on event production, quality control, audience
experience, and vendor management to deliver high-quality combat sports broadcasts and live events. The
position requires strong coordination between production teams, venue staff, suppliers, and stakeholders to
maintain the highest standards for live and recorded combat sports content.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Development (RWS & RKO)
- Assist in the end-to-end executionof RWS & RKO productions, ensuring a smooth workflow for
both live and ground productions. - Support the technical and operational aspects of venue production, ensuring all equipment, crew,
and logistics are well-prepared. - Work with the Live Event Manager & Venue Producer to enhance production quality and align
with industry best practices. - Monitor and ensure that OB (Outside Broadcast) & Experience deliver top-quality broadcasting.
Quality Control & Standardization - Implement and enforce production standard guidelines to maintain consistency and excellence in
all events. - Conduct quality checks on sound, lighting, and visual effects to ensure professional standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues before and during live events, minimizing disruptions.
Audience Engagement & Ecosystem Development - Assist in creating a strong RWS Muay Thai ecosystem by integrating engaging content strategies.
- Support initiatives to increase audience engagement and rating improvements through better
event experiences. - Work closely with marketing and branding teams to enhance content visibility and reach.
Vendor & Budget Management - Manage supplier & vendor relationships, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of
equipment and services. - Assist in budget planning and control expenses for production materials and technical needs.
- Ensure contracts and agreements with vendors align with production requirements and cost-
efficiency goals.
Education Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Media Production, Event Management, Communications,
or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in production management, live events, or a similar field.
- Experience in sports broadcasting or combat sports event management is an advantage.
Qualifications - 3-5 yearsof knowledge and execution of sports production, live broadcasting, and technical event
management. - Strong organizational & problem-solving skills for handling production workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with different teams.
- Effective communication & teamworkskills to work with production staff, vendors, and
stakeholders. - Experience in handling technical production equipment, lighting, and sound management is a
plus.
