We are seeking a dynamic Brand Assistant Manager to lead strategic marketing efforts and elevate our presence
in the sports marketing industry, particularly in China market.
This role will focus on driving revenue growth, fostering audience engagement, and enhancing brand visibility

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Revenue Growth
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets, including ticketing,
sponsorships, and broadcasting. - Continuously monitor and optimize financial performance metrics to ensure growth and
alignment with company objectives. - Collaborate with teams across departments to unlock new revenue opportunities and enhance
existing business areas.
- Audience Development and Engagement
- Craft and execute marketing plans to expand both local and international fan bases, with a
focus on increasing social media engagement. - Lead initiatives to drive high-quality engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram,
and YouTube. - Manage local media campaigns to boost visibility and connect with target audiences
effectively.
- Brand Management and Campaign Leadership
- Spearhead marketing campaigns that reinforce the brand’s reputation, emphasizing core
organizational values and achievements. - Design and lead innovative promotional initiatives to position the organization as an industry
leader. - Ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all communication channels.
- Partnership Development and Strategic Collaboration
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners, PR agencies, and international
stakeholders to expand brand presence. - Cultivate strategic alliances that drive market expansion and achieve mutual goals.
- Secure a minimum of 25 key media and PR partnerships annually to amplify visibility and
engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or audience development, ideally
in sports or entertainment. - Proven track record of delivering measurable revenue and engagement growth through marketing
campaigns. - Hands-on experience in managing multi-channel marketing strategies (social media, digital, and
traditional media). - Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with media and PR firms.
- International market experience with a deep understanding of cultural nuances in audience
engagement. - Strong data-driven approach with the ability to analyze marketing metrics for decision-making.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional
teams. - Creative problem-solving with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- A passion for sports, particularly combat sports, is essential.
