Overview of the Role
This role for the China Market is a strategic position focused on strengthening Rajadamnern Stadium’s presence and engagement with Chinese audiences. This role will oversee brand initiatives, content creation, and marketing strategies tailored to the Chinese market, leveraging expertise in social media platforms, storytelling, and customer journey optimization. The candidate will also act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent messaging and maintaining cultural relevance across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy and Content Leadership
You will spearhead our digital presence in China, developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across key platforms like Little Red Book, WeChat, and Douyin. Your creative vision will guide the development of engaging content that captures the essence of Muay Thai while appealing to Chinese audiences’ preferences and interests.
 
Brand Development and Campaign Management
Taking ownership of our brand voice in the Chinese market, you will craft and oversee
marketing campaigns that build authentic connections with our target audience. This includes managing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), overseeing budget allocation, and ensuring strong returns on marketing investments.
Customer Experience and Market Insights
You will map and optimize the entire customer journey for Chinese visitors, from initial
awareness through to post-visit engagement. Using data-driven insights, you’ll continually refine our approach to better serve the Chinese market and drive measurable results in audience engagement and customer satisfaction.
Cross-Cultural Communication
As our brand ambassador, you’ll ensure all communications are culturally nuanced and
impactful, managing everything from content localization to maintaining consistent brand messaging across all channels.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate brings together marketing expertise, cultural fluency, and digital savvy:
Experience and Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
3-5 years of experience in brand management or digital marketing, preferably in tourism or entertainment
Native Mandarin speaker or HSK Level 6 certification
Strong English proficiency for cross-team collaboration
Technical Expertise
Deep understanding of Chinese social media platforms and digital trends
Proven track record in video content creation and management
Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data-driven marketing
Proficiency in project management tools and marketing analytics
Personal Qualities
Strategic thinker with strong storytelling abilities
Cultural sensitivity and ability to bridge Thai and Chinese markets
Results-oriented with excellent project management skills
Creative problem-solver with strong attention to detail
