In this role , you’ll work closely with senior leadership to shape and execute high-impact strategic initiatives and special projects. Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy Development:
Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership to create and implement strategies aligned with our growth objectives.
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new opportunities to drive innovation and enhance operations.
Conduct research and analysis to assess the feasibility and impact of initiatives, including those involving government and public sectors.
Act as a system integrator, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.
2. Project Management:
Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
Develop detailed project plans, outlining objectives, deliverables, milestones, and resource requirements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders for efficient project execution.
Proactively address risks and issues, implementing solutions to achieve successful outcomes.
3. Relationship Management:
Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and events to showcase our capabilities and explore new opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and support strategic goals.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a driven and strategic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
Professional Experience: 2-5 years of experience in project management, strategy, or business development roles, ideally with exposure to senior leadership. Experience coordinating with government sectors is a plus.
Project Management Skills: A proven ability to develop and execute project plans, manage resources, and deliver on time and within budget.
Communication Expertise: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in both Thai and English.
Analytical Prowess: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
Presentation Skills: Excellent storytelling and presentation abilities to effectively communicate ideas and project updates.
Adaptability: The ability to excel in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with ease.
